All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occurring online at www.graphfix.com.au or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of New South Wales. Graphfix Solutions is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.graphfix.com.au to create document is the property of Graphfix Solutions and its affiliated companies. The Clients order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's Graphfix Solutions terms agreement and Usage. The Terms of Agreement and Usage conditions shall in all respects be governed by the state of New South Wales law.

Furthermore all credit card transactions are only entered on Graphfix Solution secure payment gateway site which offers the highest level of security for online payments as you are making payments directly onto the assigned Graphfix Solutions banks account..

Art Files Supplied
Must be a CMYK PDF file with the fonts converted to curves or outlines.
Must have 3 mm bleed and must have cut marks on each art file supplied
Also , a separate magenta colour file for each extra finish required on the print finish, clearly marked what finish it is for
With a composite file to show the file result. ( Graphfix Solutions takes no responsibility for incorrect supplied files printed )
Reservations
All orders are subject to acceptance by Graphfix solutions . We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order on sight of the supplied print files.
Returns Of Goods Agreement
If you are not satisfied with the finish printed product you the client has 3 working days to return the product in full at your own expense.
Graphfix Solutions has the sole right to determine the following , that a full reprint is required , that a part or full refund is required, that the said goods are commercially acceptable in which case the said goods will be shipped back to you the client in full.
Please Note, we cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download from or via our website or from any website linked to our website is free from virus or any other condition which might or could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used, and in accessing this website, you assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this website, and you release Graphfix Solutions and the registered proprietors of Gold Coin Capital Pty Ltd and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns entirely from all responsibility or liability for any consequences of or arising out of your use of this website or any website linked to this website.
Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen which is in RGB to what the final product looks like which is printed in CMYK , variations between the front and back of the card, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK printing and printing on Plastic as opposed to Paper.
Credit Card
If the buyer's credit card is declined, Graphfix Solutions will not process the buyer’s order. If your order has been Agreed to started prior to payment in full , it is expected that the order will be paid in full that is clear funds in Graphfix Solutions bank and only then will the order be shipped out. Payment of all products are required in full prior to dispatch of all orders.. In the event that Graphfix Solutions must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Client agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
Warranty
Graphfix Solution neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that the Client is buying. And does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, after 2 months from the production date of the said goods.
Shipping
Graphfix Solutions will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of you the Client. The Client will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. Graphfix Solutions will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. While we are happy to forward you the client the connote details. It is not part of Graphfix Solutions service offering to chase up the said connote number with that carrier.
Limitation of Liability:
Graphfix Solution will not be liable in (including negligence) to the Client for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or none performance of our obligations. Graphfix Solution shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Client agrees they will not hold Graphfix Solutions responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Graphfix Solutions and its affiliated company Gold Coin Capital Pty ltd on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights..
Job Cancellations
Orders Placed on the day can be changed , file update or cancelled up to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time on the placement day of the order ONLY.
After that time there can be no changes or job cancellation. And that the order will be completed in full as per your order and supplied files.
The Client agrees with these Terms Agreement and Usage as the registered CLIENT on Graphfix Solution Website
